
Experimenting with a new design style for GenBMO
GenBMO, one of BMO’s 14 employee resource groups, raises awareness about generational differences, promoting an inclusive environment that values all employees regardless of age, background, or affinities.
For newcomers to BMO or those unfamiliar with employee resource groups, the GenBMO 1-pager is an excellent resource. However, the original document (see last image) needed some improvements. Since this asset is internal, I had the opportunity to experiment with design styles and do something different from the typical style. I opted for an organic design style through the use of digital illustrations, while also ensuring the PDF aligned with brand guidelines.
