Refreshing an under-utilized channel

BMOgrams, inspired by Instagram, are an internal email series originally created as a channel for senior leaders to engage with employees. Over the years, however, the emails devolved into lengthy, formal emails with low engagement.

It was my job to redesign the BMOgrams and create a template to better appeal to employees and stand out from standard leader emails.
